摘要

从腺苷受体(AdoR)与心肌缺血(MI)的关系、针刺对MI的影响、针刺调控AdoR改善MI的作用机制进行总结

现有研究已能初步表明针刺改善MI可能是通过影响AdoR表达水平实现的

但仍存在一定的局限性

即研究方案多为单穴治疗、研究结果不完全一致、忽略了AdoR间的相互影响

这些均有待进一步的验证及补充。
