摘要

颈源性胸痛是指由颈椎疾患引起的以胸闷、心前区疼痛为主要临床表现的一种病证。由于患者发病时常伴有明显的心悸、气短、胸闷等症状

容易被误诊为冠心病或者心绞痛。笔者运用刮痧联合刺络拔罐疗法治疗颈源性胸痛56例

现报道如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料全部56例均为2016年5月至2019年4月于广州市天河区中医医院康复科门诊就诊的颈源性胸痛患者

男25例

女31例;年龄17～60岁

平均(40±12)岁;病程10 d～16年

平均(3.0±1.4)年。
