摘要

基于高镇五教授对《灵枢·九针十二原》"刺之微

在速迟"的理论阐述与临床应用

对其创立的"速迟刺法"的3个核心要素进行归纳总结:针刺即刻得气之速迟提示机体邪正盛衰以指导补泻手法选择;行针调节气机阶段以进出针速迟、行针速迟、留针久暂调控得气速迟;针后气机转归阶段详审行针前后气机速迟之变以察补泻之效。高氏"速迟刺法"理念贯穿针刺过程始终

并以得气速迟为补泻效应核心

简化针刺补泻手法操作

更切合临床。
