"洒洒振寒"乃描述人体感寒之症象的词汇

见于足阳明胃经病候

胃腑病变阳明经动可令体内阳气变动、里证出表而见此症。笔者试从词义方面分析"洒洒振寒"之症的具体表现

从阳气及表里角度探讨足阳明胃经病候"洒洒振寒"与胃之间的关系。结合典型病案

强调重视表里联系

加强通腑法和通阳法在临床中的应用

拓展针灸治疗脏腑疾病的新思路。
