摘要

目的:比较耳尖不同放血量配合西药治疗与单纯西药治疗初期麦粒肿的疗效。方法:将108例初期麦粒肿患者随机分为耳尖放血50μL组(36例

脱落4例)、耳尖放血100μL组(36例

脱落2例)和西药组(36例

脱落5例)。西药组外用左氧氟沙星滴眼液和盐酸左氧氟沙星眼用凝胶治疗;在西药组治疗基础上

两耳尖放血组分别加用耳尖放血50μL(约3滴)、100μL(约6滴)

每天1次

均治疗3 d。观察治疗后各组疼痛视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale

VAS)评分变化和临床疗效

并于发病第8天进行电话随访。结果:治疗后

各组患者VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01);治疗后

耳尖放血50μL、100μL组VAS评分低于西药组(P<0.05

P<0.01)

耳尖放血100μL组VAS评分低于耳尖放血50μL组(P<0.05)。治疗后

耳尖放血100μL组治愈率为76.5%(26/34)

耳尖放血50μL组为71.9%(23/32)

西药组为51.6%(16/31)

差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。发病1周后随访

两耳尖放血组患者均全部治愈

西药组有1例患者未治愈

行常规手术治疗。结论:在常规西药治疗基础上

加用耳尖放血能明显减轻麦粒肿疼痛

且耳尖放血100μL减轻疼痛效果优于耳尖放血50μL。
