摘要

肱骨外上髁炎

俗称"网球肘"

主要表现为肘关节外上髁局部疼痛

。发病时患侧上肢抓、握、提、持的力量下降

严重者不能胜任手工劳动甚至影响日常生活。笔者基于"患肌"理论采用刃针治疗肱骨外上髁炎35例

现报道如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料35例肱骨外上髁炎患者均来自于2018年6月至2019年7月浙江省立同德医院门诊。其中男17例

女18例;年龄最小27岁

最大63岁

平均(41±4)岁;病程最短2个月

最长5个月

平均(3.6±1.3)个月。
