摘要

通过对经穴形成和经外奇穴历代标准化的梳理

发现自唐代开步的经外奇穴标准化有两个目标

即精选奇效穴转为经穴和精选常用要穴形成统一的腧穴标准

由此出现3条路径:路径一

从大量"经外"穴中精选能补经穴之未备的穴作为经穴之补充;路径二

从所有有固定位置和名称的腧穴中按统一标准精选要穴

形成一个统一的腧穴标准;路径三

从经外穴中精选奇效之穴

制定出与经穴标准并行的经外奇穴标准。后两条路径分别是未来教学、标准化工作的建议发展方向。
