摘要

从针灸处方及适应证挖掘、针刺疗效预测及其影响因素评价、穴位特异性及针刺手法研究3个方面对机器学习在针灸研究领域的应用现状进行梳理

并对当前研究存在的问题以及未来研究趋势进行讨论与展望。认为今后的研究应当根据研究目的及数据特征

选择合适的机器学习算法构建模型;重视特征设计和特征选择

并做好特征清洗工作;重视样本数据采集

通过建立针灸数据共享平台和规范数据采集流程

以提高数据质量。
