摘要

慢性腰肌劳损以长期反复发作性腰部疼痛为主要临床表现

目前临床多采用非甾体类药物、微创介入疗法、封闭疗法、热疗、局部针灸疗法、针刀疗法、体育疗法等治疗

存在一定的不良反应和易复发的弊端[1-3]。笔者采用针刺局部阿是穴在腹部的对应点治疗慢性腰肌劳损32例

现报道如下。1临床资料32例慢性腰肌劳损患者均来自2018年9月至2019年9月山东省中医院针灸科门诊

其中男14例

女18例;年龄18

3岁

平均(45±11)岁;病程363岁

平均(45±11)岁;病程3

0个月

平均(12.1±11.4)个月。
