摘要

目的:比较子午流注纳甲法联合康复治疗与单纯康复治疗促醒重型颅脑损伤植物状态患者的临床疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组50例。两组患者均予药物、高压氧、专科护理基础治疗。对照组予以康复治疗

每日1次

每次30 min;观察组在对照组基础上加用子午流注纳甲法针刺治疗

每日1次

留针30 min

每周治疗5 d

两组均治疗30 d。观察两组患者治疗前

治疗10、20、30 d后格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)、改良国际昏迷恢复量表(CRS-R)评分及治疗30 d后的清醒率。结果:两组患者治疗10、20、30 d后GCS、CRS-R评分均高于治疗前(P<0.01)

且观察组治疗后各时间点评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗30 d后观察组清醒率为20.0%(10/50)

显著高于对照组的12.0%(6/50

P<0.01)。结论:子午流注纳甲法联合康复治疗可有效促醒颅脑损伤植物状态患者

改善患者意识水平

疗效优于单纯康复治疗。
