摘要

患儿

女

7个月16天

于2018年10月14日因"频发痉挛3周"就诊。现病史:家长代诉2018年9月24日20:00因高热1 d突发四肢痉挛

头部后仰

无法独坐

眨眼伸舌

口角抽动

叫无反应

持续约20 s

发作结束后迅速进入睡眠状态。遂于当地医院就诊

考虑为高热惊厥

予药物(具体不详)
