介绍名老中医吴旭教授针刺治疗儿童交替性偏瘫的临证经验。吴老以经络辨证为主导

结合脏腑理论

提出"三阴为本

虚风为标"的病因病机

治以补虚培元、疏肝息风。选穴以足三阴经腧穴为主

注重补肾;采用以合谷、太冲穴对和风门、风市穴对为主的祛风对穴及维筋选穴;结合背俞穴及督脉穴从阳引阴

强调"和于阴阳""治神养神"。
