摘要

艾灸作为一种安全有效的治疗方法

在防治疾病和养生保健中起到重要作用

但艾灸不当可导致不良反应的发生

([1-2])

。晕灸作为艾灸的不良反应之一

在临床中较为少见

各版《刺法灸法学》《针灸学》教材中均未明确提及晕灸的概念、临床表现及处理措施

亦鲜有关于晕灸的文献报道。笔者将临床所见2例艾炷灸晕灸病例报道如下

以期引起临床医家的重视。
