摘要

目的:验证针刺"老十针"治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法:将96例肝郁脾虚型FD患者随机分为观察组和对照组

各48例。观察组采用针刺"老十针"穴位处方治疗

穴取上脘、中脘、下脘、气海、天枢、足三里、内关;对照组采用针刺无关穴位处方治疗

穴取飞扬、鹤顶、阴谷、天府、侠白。两组均留针30 min

每周针刺5次

连续治疗2周。比较两组治疗前后症状评分的变化

并评定临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后症状评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05)

且低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为95.8%(46/48)

高于对照组的33.3%(16/48

P<0.05)。结论:针刺"老十针"穴位处方可以改善肝郁脾虚型FD患者的症状评分

具有较好的临床疗效。
