摘要

腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion

LIDP)病程缠绵难愈

给患者带来较大痛苦。以松解经筋结节为主要目的的壮医经筋疗法治疗LIDP多有报道

但多包括两种或两种以上的治疗手段

如手法解结配合火针消结

手法、针刺、拔罐三者结合([1])

手法、针刺、拔罐三者结合

([2-3])

单纯运用手法解筋消结治疗LIDP的报道较少。故笔者采用循经消结推拿治疗LIDP

现报道如下。
