介绍林国华教授针刺治疗进行性肌营养不良症经验。认为本病病机为脾肾亏虚、气血不足、筋肉失养。治疗谨守病机

重调脾肾

总结出头穴重刺、补益髓海

三阳同治、非独阳明和调气为先、从肺治痿的治疗思路

临证治疗常结合穴位埋线

疗效显著。
