对现行经别理论存在经别的循行路线不清、离合出入关系存在争议、"六合"理论研究不深入的问题进行剖析

明晰源流

提出见解。笔者利用校勘四法中本校法、理校法对"经别"一词进行分析

结合文献发生学探寻"经别"源头。经别是简帛文献中的原始经脉系统的残存

经过医家整理

将其纳入经脉体系中。十二经别两两相合

而成"六合"穴

位于颈部

对头颈部的血液循环影响较大。"六合"穴及理论能指导针灸的分经辨证

对治疗实证、急症以及头面部疾病具有重要的指导意义。
