摘要

目的:观察温通针法对老年原发性骨质疏松(OP)伴肠功能障碍患者骨密度、骨代谢水平及肠道功能的影响。方法:将128例老年原发性OP伴肠功能障碍患者随机分为观察组和对照组

各64例。对照组给予口服维D钙咀嚼片

每次0.6g

每日1次;骨化三醇胶丸每次0.25μg

每日3次

共治疗6个月。在对照组治疗基础上

观察组予温通针法治疗

穴取肾俞、命门、脾俞、大肠俞、天枢、足三里等

每次治疗30min

每日1次

治疗1周后休息2d

连续治疗6个月。治疗前后采用双能X线骨密度仪检测两组患者腰椎、股骨颈、股骨粗隆骨密度(BMD)

ELISA法检测血清骨代谢指标[骨碱性磷酸酶(NBAP)、骨钙素(OC)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、降钙素(CT)]水平

比较两组患者治疗前后肠道功能主要症状评分、血清二胺氧化酶(DAO)及D-乳酸(D-Lac)水平

并评价两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为85.9%(55/64)

高于对照组的71.9%(46/64

P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者各部位BMD均增加(P<0.05)、血清骨代谢指标均改善(P<0.05);且观察组各部位BMD及血清骨代谢指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者肠道功能主要症状评分

血清DAO、D-Lac水平下降(P<0.05);且观察组各指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温通针法辅助治疗老年原发性OP伴肠功能障碍患者能够增加其骨密度、改善骨代谢、调节肠道功能。
