患者

男

40岁

于2019年10月24日就诊。主诉:后背广泛疼痛4月余。现病史:2018年5月因"胃恶性肿瘤"于中国科学院大学附属肿瘤医院全麻下行腹腔镜下"胃癌根治术"。术后病理:胃角浅表溃疡型低分化腺癌

浸润至黏膜下层

转移至6/26只淋巴结。予奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨方案化疗8个周期。第4次化疗时出现急性外周神经毒性反应
