摘要

针对《灵枢·官针》恢刺法理解和应用中存在的问题

从文献源头厘清恢刺法及其适应证"筋痹"之本义。认为恢刺为治疗筋痹的古典手法

主要为治疗因气机郁痹或气机不畅所致筋急而设;恢刺所用针具为毫针

操作须押手与刺手配合

押手探知筋病所在

沿病所旁侧进针

在其上下运用提插补法

针毕即可出针

属《内经》解结针法之一。在临床中对于颈椎病、腰部筋伤等急慢性病证疗效稳定可靠。
