在热敏灸得气理论与技术的指导下

解析李梴《医学入门》中炼脐灸法的技术要素

认为灸温与灸时参数是关键

并建立"量化艾绒、定量加绒"的标准以达到适宜灸温与灸时

创立热敏灸炼脐术

再现了李梴炼脐灸法"一身烘热、一身微汗、一身轻松"的神奇效应。热敏灸炼脐术临床多用于胃脘痛、泄泻、便秘、痛经、阳痿等病证的治疗

疗效显著。
