患者

女

49岁。初诊日期:2017年11月27日。主诉:言语不利、吞咽困难、饮水呛咳、呼吸困难1个月。病史:1个月前无明显诱因出现言语不利

之后逐渐出现饮水呛咳、咀嚼费力、吞咽与呼吸困难

无明显肢体活动障碍

就诊于北京某医院

怀疑为运动神经元病/肌萎缩侧索硬化

予口服利鲁唑25 mg
