摘要

对三伏灸临床应用现状进行归纳总结

以期对三伏灸的理论研究与临床运用起指导作用。三伏灸的干预时机以头、中、末伏第1天为主

同时需兼顾地域因素的影响;适应证以肺系疾病最为多见

兼顾脾胃以及虚寒型病症;选穴以胸背部俞募穴为主

结合辨病、辨证、分期选穴;疗程为1～3年

临床疗效随着治疗年限增加而不断提高。
