摘要

带状疱疹后遗神经痛(postherpeticneuralgia

PHN)属于中医学"缠腰火丹""蛇串疮"的范畴

结合不通则痛、不荣则痛理论

笔者采用调气法针刺结合壮医药线点灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛

现报道如下。1临床资料选择2018年4月至2019年6月在广西中医药大学第一附属医院针灸科门诊及病房就诊的PHN患者50例

其中男21例

女29例;年龄35～65岁
