介绍陈贵珍教授针灸治疗围绝经期惊恐障碍的经验。陈教授认为围绝经期惊恐障碍的病因病机乃先天肾精渐亏

后天脾胃受损

终致脑窍失养

神机失用。临床治疗应以"滋先天

补后天

通督益髓

调理冲任"为原则。临证选穴重视俞募相配;针法讲究飞针速刺

巧施穴位埋线;针药结合

相得益彰;以情胜情

身心同治。提倡"一针、二线、三药、四情"综合治疗围绝经期惊恐障碍。
