摘要

患儿

女

5岁

因"外伤致左眼闭合不全伴口角向右歪斜14 d"于2018年10月25日就诊。现病史:14 d前被三轮车撞倒

左侧身体及头部左侧着地

于甘肃省某三甲医院抢救治疗

急查头颅CT后诊断为:1.左侧枕骨骨折;2.左侧颞骨骨折;3.左侧顶枕部皮下软组织损伤;4.左枕部薄层硬膜外血肿。即刻给予抗炎、止血、补液等对症支持治疗
