摘要

大便失禁是脑中风患者经常出现的症状

由于脑血管疾病发生后

大脑排便中枢受影响

致肛门内、外括约肌处于弛缓状态

大便不能自控。笔者采用针刺结合中药外敷对中风后大便失禁患者进行治疗

现报道如下。1临床资料选取2019年1月至2019年12月山西中医学院第三中医院康复科的中风后大便失禁患者32例
