摘要

明确"依脉引筋气"治疗经筋病的作用机制与方法

为临床治疗经筋病提供参考。"依脉引筋气"是杨上善对《黄帝明堂经》中经筋病治疗思路的概括总结

但其具体论述已散佚

笔者通过对现存典籍的考究

对筋气的具体含义、经筋与经脉的关系、"依脉引筋气"的方法及其取穴侧重等方面进行探讨

以期标本兼顾治疗经筋病。
