摘要

小儿脾虚易感是指小儿长期喂养不当导致脾胃虚弱

容易感受外邪而发生的一种疾病

古今教材虽无此病名记载

但临床尤为常见[1]

以反复外感、乏力多汗、面黄唇淡、食少纳呆、大便不调为主要症状

《中医儿科学》[2]将其归属于小儿反复呼吸道感染。脾虚易感多发于0～14岁儿童

该年龄段为生长发育的重要时期

治疗应以提升抵抗力与免疫力为主。笔者采用身柱灸治疗脾虚易感患儿50例

现报道如下。
