摘要

项背肌筋膜炎(fasciitis of nape muscle)一般是指筋膜、肌肉、肌腱和韧带等软组织的无菌性炎性反应

以项背部疼痛、僵硬、运动受限及上臂疼痛或乏力等临床症状为主

其中斜方肌、菱形肌、肩胛提肌等常被累及。笔者应用九针围刺法治疗项背肌筋膜炎28例

现报道如下。
