摘要

妊娠剧吐指妊娠早期孕妇出现严重持续的恶心呕吐、不能进食

可引起体液电解质失衡及新陈代谢障碍

严重时可引起脱水、酸中毒

诱发Wernicke脑病等并发症

。目前治疗方法以补液支持为主

根据患者个体情况纠正电解质紊乱及酮症酸中毒

一线止吐药物维生素B6效果不佳

其余止吐药物对胚胎的致畸性不明确([1])。目前治疗方法以补液支持为主

。本病病情易反复
