摘要

突发性耳聋是指72h内突然发生的原因不明的感音神经性听力损失

至少在相邻的两个频率听力下降≥20 dBHL。其发病机制尚未阐明

可能与内耳微循环障碍、病毒感染、免疫因素、心理因素等相关

([1-3])

。突发性耳聋属中医"暴聋"范畴

病因病机可归纳为外感六淫、内伤七情、先天禀赋不足、脏腑亏虚、痰火瘀血闭阻等([1-3])。突发性耳聋属中医"暴聋"范畴

。临床上

笔者发现新九针疗法为主的综合治疗对本病具有起效快、疗程短、不易复发的优势

故对其作用机制、操作规范及临床体会介绍如下。
