摘要

目的:观察艾灸治疗方舱医院内新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称"新冠肺炎")患者腹泻的临床疗效。方法:采用自身前后对照的试验方法

将36例确诊为新冠肺炎(轻型、普通型)的腹泻患者

按照中医证型分别予不同穴位的艾灸治疗。寒湿困脾型

灸足三里、丰隆;脾胃虚寒型

灸足三里、中脘;肾阳不足型

灸命门、关元;肝气郁结型

灸期门、太冲。每穴施艾灸补法20 min

每天2次

双侧穴位可隔日轮替

7 d为一疗程

共治疗1个疗程。观察患者治疗前后的腹泻症状评分变化

评价患者的临床疗效

并计算患者新型冠状病毒核酸转阴率。结果:患者艾灸治疗后腹泻症状评分低于治疗前(P<0.05)。总有效率为97.2%(35/36)

治愈率为69.4%(25/36)。患者新型冠状病毒核酸转阴率为86.1%(31/36)。结论:艾灸对方舱医院轻型和普通型新冠肺炎患者不同证型腹泻均有较好的临床疗效。
