摘要

目的:运用肌骨超声(MSUS)技术观察膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者结筋病灶点的影像学特征。方法:纳入100例KOA患者与100名健康受试者。按足阳明、足少阳、足太阳、足三阴经筋顺序对KOA患者进行触诊

结合MSUS检查记录患者膝部结筋病灶点及其出现频次。选择出现频次最高的5个结筋病灶点及健康受试者相应部位筋结点作为观察部位

比较其在膝关节伸直位和屈曲位时韧带、肌腱软组织厚度。结果:KOA患者出现频次最高的5个结筋病灶点分别是髌内下、胫骨内髁、髌下、足三里次、鹤顶次

其膝关节伸直位及屈曲位时韧带、肌腱的厚度均较健康受试者相应部位筋结点增厚(P<0.05)。结论:KOA患者膝关节结筋病灶点呈现显著增厚的肌骨超声影像学特征。
