摘要

患儿

男

4岁

于2018年6月11日就诊。主诉:家长代述阴茎异常勃起半年余。现病史:半年前高热后出现阴茎异常勃起

偶有发生

未重视

后逐渐加重

1个月前开始几乎每日发作数次

每次短则十几分钟

长则1～2 h

勃起时伴有阴茎疼痛

烦躁哭闹

于当地医院就诊

查血尿常规、甲状腺功能、颅脑MRI、泌尿系彩超、性激素水平均未见异常

未予特殊治疗。现为求进一步治疗

特来山东中医药大学附属医院针灸科就诊。
