摘要

"发蒙针法"首见于《灵枢·刺节真邪》:"刺节言发蒙

余不得其意。夫发蒙者

耳无所闻

目无所见……此刺之大约

针之极也

神明之类也

口说书卷

犹不能及也……刺此者

必于日中

刺其听宫

中其眸子

声闻于耳

此其输也……刺邪以手坚按其两鼻窍而疾偃

其声必应于针也。"经文不仅解释了何为"发蒙针法"、其主治病证

而且明确阐释了其具体操作。笔者就"发蒙针法"本义及其机制略谈己见。
