摘要

目的:在常规治疗基础上

比较八段锦联合耳穴贴压与口服艾司唑仑治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称"新冠肺炎")伴失眠的临床疗效。方法:将90例新冠肺炎伴失眠患者随机分为观察组(45例

脱落3例)和对照组(45例)。观察组每天练习八段锦1次

并进行耳穴贴压

穴取神门、皮质下、心、枕等

每日按揉3次

每次每穴30 s

连续治疗12 d。对照组口服艾司唑仑片1 mg

每日1次

连续治疗12 d。观察两组治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、中医证候评分的变化

并评定临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组PSQI各项评分及总分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01)

观察组治疗后睡眠时间、睡眠效率评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组SAS、SDS评分及对照组SAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01)

观察组SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后观察组睡眠不安、心烦易怒、痰多口黏、口苦口臭、腹胀纳差、乏力评分较治疗前降低(P<0.01)

且观察组以上(除睡眠不安外)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为83.3%(35/42)

对照组为84.4%(38/45)

组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:八段锦联合耳穴贴压可以改善新冠肺炎伴失眠患者的睡眠质量、焦虑抑郁状态和中医证候

疗效优于口服艾司唑仑。
