摘要

患者

女

67岁

于2020年3月2日介入中医治疗。主诉:胸闷气短伴胁肋隐痛5 d。现病史:患者家属为新型冠状病毒肺炎的确诊危重病例(注:2月28日去世)。5d前自觉胸闷胁痛

无发热、咳嗽、咳痰、咽痛等不适

于2月27日至武汉市第八医院进行肺部CT检查显示:(1)双肺感染(磨玻璃影);(2)左肺下叶支气管扩张。考虑病毒性肺炎可能

并于次日收入院

入院后予抗病毒及对症支持治疗。
