摘要

患者

女

64岁

于2018年9月29日就诊。主诉:左手掌、左前臂皮肤发凉1月余。现病史:1个月前无明显诱因出现左手掌、左前臂皮肤发凉

左上肢乏力

于某三甲医院行颈部血管超声示:左侧锁骨下动脉闭塞

左侧锁骨下动脉盗血综合征Ⅲ期。建议行经皮血管内支架植入术

考虑到手术风险

且术后需终身服用抗凝药物

患者拒绝手术治疗

遂至云南省中医医院针灸科门诊就诊。刻下症:左手掌、左前臂皮肤发凉

左手掌冷汗出

左上肢乏力

伴头晕、畏寒、大便稀

舌淡胖、苔薄白、边有齿痕

寸口脉左脉未触及、右脉沉细。既往有高血压病史。
