摘要

整理近60年的耳针相关文献

将其理论基础、针刺方法及优势病种等进行归纳比较

提出了3大耳针流派

即法国诺吉尔耳针派的中国化耳针流派

分为黄氏耳针派、管氏耳针派及陈、许氏耳针派3个支流;由中国古典耳针继承与发展而来的轩辕耳针派;中西医理论相结合且异于诺吉尔耳针派胚胎倒置理论的尉迟氏耳针派。并进一步分析了不同耳针流派的理论来源、耳穴分布特点及其临床应用特色等的异同

以期对今后耳针的临床应用、基础研究及国家标准的完善提供有益借鉴。
