介绍韦立富教授应用朱琏学术思想治疗痉挛性斜颈的思路和经验。痉挛性斜颈的主要病机是阳气不通

筋脉失养

以"通阳益气"为主要治疗原则。局部选用手足阳明经、少阳经和太阳经腧穴

远部取督脉腧穴、四肢相关阳经的合穴和"四关"穴。治疗过程中结合运用朱琏抑制型针法

讲究得气

常局部配合熨热灸法。
