摘要

患者

女

57岁。初诊日期:2018年11月19日。主诉:左侧胸背部肋骨处疼痛6月余

加重5 d。现病史:8年前因"右乳肿块"于山东大学齐鲁医院行右侧保留乳头的乳腺癌改良根治术

术后行紫杉醇联合卡铂(TC)方案化疗1个周期。口服三苯氧胺1年

后自行停药。6月余前出现左侧胸背部疼痛

不能俯仰

自行贴膏药(具体不详)治疗

效一般;于社区医院接受针灸治疗

疗效可

后常反复发作。
