摘要

目的:观察腹部透灸法对脑卒中患者核心肌群肌力、耐力的影响。方法:将62例脑卒中患者随机分为观察组(31例

脱落2例)和对照组(31例

脱落2例)。对照组进行常规基础治疗、针刺治疗及康复训练;观察组在对照组治疗基础上行腹部透灸

每次约50 min

每天1次。两组均每周5次

治疗4周。于治疗前后采用表面肌电图测量两组患者从坐到站、健侧迈步、患侧迈步双侧腹横肌、多裂肌的均方根值(RMS)和中位频率(MF)

并于治疗前、治疗2周后、治疗4周后观察脑卒中姿势评定量表(PASS)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、下肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分。结果:治疗后两组各个动作双侧腹横肌和多裂肌RMS值、MF值均较治疗前升高(P<0.01

P<0.05)

观察组患侧腹横肌和多裂肌RMS值

双侧腹横肌和多裂肌MF值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4周后两组PASS、BBS、FMA评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.01)

且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:腹部透灸法能有效改善脑卒中患者核心肌群的肌力、耐力

并能改善患者的姿势控制、平衡及下肢运动功能。
