摘要

"针法浑是泻而无补"出于《丹溪心法》

后世医家对其理解与评价一般局限于针灸理论知识体系的范围。从原文语境、原书语境、医学背景、学术渊源等方面进行考察

提出对此论断的理解与认识需要更新视角、转换立场

认为从更大的范围来看

需要立足于金元时期医家对疾病有余不足的分类以及据此确立的补泻认识;从相对具体的层面来看

也应当注意到窦太师、刘完素有关学术认识(体现在有关医著中)的影响。由此提示

对于古代针灸理论中一些论断或命题的理解与认识

不能仅仅局限于针灸理论知识体系的范围

有时也需要从大中医的层面去考量、分析。
