摘要

产后闭经是指正常孕妇在分娩后

停止哺乳时间超过6个月后

月经仍未来潮

属于继发性闭经。笔者采用背部循经拔罐结合艾灸关元穴治疗产后闭经28例

现报道如下。1临床资料28例均来自2018年12月至2019年12月广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院国医堂就诊的产后闭经患者

年龄22～35岁

平均(28±4)岁;病程6～18个月

平均(12.0±4.1)个月。临床表现为面色淡白无华

神疲乏力

头身困重

倦怠懒言

纳谷欠佳

带下色白量多

小便清

大便不畅

苔白、舌淡暗、或边有齿痕

脉沉细。排除妊娠及就诊前3个月接受激素治疗者。
