摘要

基于数据挖掘技术

分析《中华医典》中古代针灸治疗阳痿的选穴组方规律。以阳痿、阴痿等检索词检索《中华医典》第5版数据库并筛选和提取阳痿的处方条文、穴位及频次等相关信息

使用Microsoft Excel、Weka3.8.4等软件分析古代针灸治疗阳痿的选穴及组方规律。共筛选出符合要求的55条穴位处方条文

其中复方17个

余为单穴方

共涉及24个腧穴。治疗阳痿使用频次排前5位的腧穴为阴谷、曲泉、气冲、太冲、然谷;聚类分析发现阴谷、曲泉-气冲、太冲-然谷-行间、命门-中封-鱼际-阳谷各趋于一组;多层关联分析发现较常使用的经脉为足厥阴肝经、足少阴肾经、足阳明胃经、任脉

较常使用的部位为下肢部、腹部及上肢部

特定穴以五输穴、交会穴使用较多;复方分析发现3组穴位配伍模式:以阴谷、然谷、中封为中心进行组方配穴

以肾俞、阳谷为中心进行组方配穴

太冲、行间、内庭、陷谷4穴相对固定的搭配;复方分析发现3组较常用的经络配伍:以肾经为主要经络进行配伍

肝经-胃经、小肠经-肺经相对固定的搭配。
