摘要

患者

女

51岁。初诊日期:2018年12月19日。主诉:吞咽困难2周。现病史:2周前剑突下受外物撞击后出现呕吐

之后进食出现梗阻感

恶心欲呕

伴有反酸、胸闷

剑突下闷胀感

皮下无淤青

于当地某医院急诊查胸部及上腹部CT示:1.食管下端稍扩张

局部管壁增厚

必要时增强检查或食管镜检;2.考虑弥漫性脂肪肝;3.未见明显创伤性征象。
