摘要

张仁主任医师认为糖尿病视网膜病变病位在眼

与气阴密切相关

提出标本结合、以眼为标、重在治标的治疗原则

以针刺活血化瘀方为主

主取新明、上健明等经外穴并与攒竹、瞳子髎等经穴结合

强调毫针、皮肤针与穴位注射多法综合应用

同时注重心身同治、调畅情志

要求建立早治久治、贵在坚持的预防思想。
