摘要

慢性失眠是老年人的常见疾病

在老年人群中发病率高达40%～70%[1]

研究[2]表明

失眠不仅是睡眠的生理紊乱

也是心理紊乱

88.06%的失眠患者处于焦虑状态

因此

失眠是亟待解决的老年健康问题。目前西医治疗本病以镇静催眠药为主

但不良反应明显

易造成药物依赖。笔者运用黄廷翼推针疗法[3]治疗老年慢性失眠及其焦虑状态

现报道如下。
