摘要

从针刺对生殖内分泌系统的影响、对神经系统的调节、对免疫功能的改善、对自由基代谢的干预、对不良情绪的调节5个方面

分析总结针刺治疗围绝经期综合征的可能作用机制。认为应根据针刺疗法自身特点

从腧穴特异性及腧穴配伍影响两方面加深对针刺治疗围绝经期综合征的机制研究。临床治疗上

应加强对治疗方式及频次的研究。
